SOLD – Summerland Foreclosure

Last week my little Summerland waterfront foreclosure referred to me by a Kelowna Real estate agent went to court for “court approval”. In the last 3 years there has only been one sale at the Summerland Waterfront Resort and that was in the other building, which allowed for full time usage. The unit I had listed did not allow for full time usage the entire time I had it listed, making it quite the tough sale. Just thought I would announce this sale as I am glad to see it go!
