I recently attended the 4th Annual Royal LePage Shelter Foundation in Toronto. This time of year is typically a little slower in Real Estate, with the colder weather coming in, and after work showings are so dark with the recent time change. I am back at it in full swing for those buyers who want to take advantage of the must sells sitting on the market.

The Gala was held at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto. The Royal LePage agents support will make a huge difference in lives of women and children living with abuse across Canada. I lucked out attending this event, as it turns out the Gemini award party was also being held at the Royal York Hotel on the same floor. I managed to finagle my way in and spent a few hours on the dance floors with Canadian Gemini nominees and award winners. The highlight of the night was dancing with Royal LePage Toronto top agent Joseph Brazeau and meeting Ron Sexsmith and ending with me holding my first of many Gemini awards!!!
