My best friend called the other day wanting to look at some homes for herself, hubby and 3 gorgeous kids. We went searching for a home with a suite for a mortgage helper. It didn’t take long until we found a great home with original hardwood right across from the elementary school her kids are going to. It is so convenient and they take possession early next month. Penticton is such a small town and she even knew the young family that were tenants in her future home. The tenants have volunteered to move out early so we didn’t have to deliver a notice to vacate.
This home has 3 bedrooms up large rooms, a yard big enough for an above ground pool and trampoline like the family was hoping for. The single car garage is detached and will make the hubby happy!
