I had the opportunity to scout out the remaining units left at Alysen Place. The Orange marks are units that have a firm and binding offer. The Yellow marks are units that are subject to court approval. Below the Pricing I have posted a link explaining what is offered for the strata fee. Currently the strata fee is set at .32 cents per square foot which makes them over $300/month.
