Your property is submitted to the Multiple Listings Board immediately. This effectively involves over 299 other Member Agents in the marketing of you property to give it maximum exposure.
2. Signs
Our highly visible signs are posted to attract the buying publics' attention. Directional signs are also provided if required.
3. Office Tour
Your home will be scheduled for our office tour which takes place on a Wednesday morning.
4. Feature Sheet
Designed to be on display in your home and mailed to out of town prospects. It is complete with photos and the details of your home.
5. Internet
The internet is the best marketing tool we have. Your property will be featured on our Royal LePage and MLS Internet websites featuring up to 30 colour photos plus property information. My own website, which also employs Search Engine and Online Marketing methods also features your propertly listing.
6. Open Houses
Open houses are optional and you have the final decision if you wish to hold open houses. In Penticton and surrounding areas open houses are held on Saturdays.
7. Lockbox
It is very important to make sure your home is safe and secure, yet as easy to show as possible. A lockbox at your home makes it readily accessible to show to qualified buyers.
8. Advertising
Newspaper ads will be placed in local media publications on a rotational basis
throughout the marketing program. It is imperative that creative headlines and descriptions are used to make a strong impact on the market.
