It’s a seller’s market. Selling here in the trenches, the temperature has sure changed. It is hot and busy.
Today I had two of my listings go firm. One SOLD for Full Price. We had two offers collapse. A few cases of Buyer’s remorse and yet my seller still successfully sold for their full asking.
My other sale was listed Friday , we received multiple offers and it sold for over asking. The buyers (working with another agent) have never stepped foot in the home. I checked my text messages and I had 45 inquiries on that property in 5 days. Not to mention emails, calls and social media.
My Advice: Proceed with caution at Full Speed!
