Penticton BC offers all types of real estate, but being a resort and retirement town, there are a large number of condos available to suit everyones lifestyle.
Over the years, I have sold many condo's and have become very familiar with the strata's, rules, and regulation with each building.
Many of the older buildings are age and pet restrictive. It can be challenging to find a condo that allows pets.....frustrating for us pet lovers. If you have a pet, I would be happy to show you your best condo options for you and your pet.
