Penticton has a variety of neighbourhoods that will appeal to all different people. As a true local, I can help you define the neighbourhoods and areas that suit your needs and lifestyle.
The variety of neighbourhoods and styles of homes varies. From war time neighbourhoods with beautifully custom heritage homes, eco-friendly subdivisions with million dollar lakeviews, beachfront, family homes, condos, starter homes and fixer uppers.

Lakeshore Highlands, Heritage Hills and Parsons Road
I grew up a few minutes from town on an acre and a half that backed onto mountain terrain. That mountain is now known as Heritage Hills, and comes complete with panoramic unobstructed lakeviews. This area, called Lakeshore Highlands is a beautiful place for biking, vineyards and beautiful homes. Lakeshore Highlands turns into Parsons Road to the left where I have this panoramic Penticton lakeview home for sale. It sits on 3/4 acre with an unobstructed ginormous view of the lake.
Uplands
With gorgeous lakeviews on the way to the wineries of Naramata, Uplands is a desirable area with generous lot sizes and larger family or historic orchard homes. The Westbench homes enjoy great lake views and golf courses. Some of the west bench backs on the native reserve. The Redlands is native lease land and some is waterfront. It is seniors living with a clubhouse and RV parking. It is right off the highway as you drive into Penticton from Summerland. it goes up the bluffs to the Westbench.
The Native Reservation goes from the Redlands to the Apex ski hill over to the twin lakes area.
The Columbia area
Has many bi-level entriess and duplexes. Columbia may have some peak a boo lakevies hear and there, is suitable for families and it is a short 5 minute drive up Duncan and connects to the main arteries of town such as Government buildings and the Channel Parkway, passing the local university. Columbia has a few tennis courts and is a nice hill to climb if you are walking to downtown.
Naramata
Has a charm of its own and is magical! With some waterfront properties, wineries and views, Naramata makes for an enjoyable and peaceful place to call home.
Lakeshore and Penthouses
