Market Knowledge:
I have comprehensive knowledge of every segment of the South Okanagan real estate market. I attend every meeting up-date, tour all new MLS listings and all new office listings. Not only do I familiarize myself with what is available, but with what is sold – how much did it sell for? Where is the market heading? Where are the buyers located? Do I know the true value of the homes listed? Every day presents opportunities to increase my knowledge of the local market and use that knowledge for the benefit of you – my client.
Reliability:
If I say I will do it, I do. If I say I will be there – I am. It’s as simple as that. But reliability also goes beyond that. I follow up on all showings. I go over a personalized 30-day plan with you for selling your home and complete on every step. Your home will be priced properly for the market. – as a successful REALTOR® I know how important proper pricing is. I also know the importance of communication and you can trust me to be honest, fair and forthright and to work enthusiastically on your behalf.
Knowledge of Contract Law:
My education includes courses in urban law economics and a legal secretary program. I stay on top of all updates on real estate law and consult with lawyers if questions arise. Even one or two nuanced words can make an enormous difference in a legal contract. I make sure that I read and understand contracts – and that I pass that knowledge on to my clients.
Marketing:
No one will work harder to market your property. I use traditional marketing avenues such as newspapers, the talking window at the Royal LePage office and the kiosk in our mall where your home will be featured front and centre. I am also tech savvy when it comes to selling your home. My web site pops to the top of search engines and your home is right there for everyone to see. I can boast a professional web team and I am always ranked or have a paid link when South Okanagan home searches are done on Google, msn, yahoo and Yellow Pages. My signs are special and they stand out. I have great support staff and always go the extra mile – great photography, virtual home tours, open houses, feature sheets – I’m even happy to make experienced home enhancement suggestions. I promote my listings in the office with my colleagues and distribute postcards in your neighbourhood. If there is any tool available that will help sell your home – I use it – and I do it with conviction and enthusiasm.
