Housing market sees improvement

May 2009 housing forecast. BC conditions have improved. Forecasters predicted a 13% decrease when only an 8% decrease realized. We are starting to see balanced markets on the coast and island. Record low interest rates reduce the carrying cost of an average home. Source: BCREA Continue reading →
